Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Really made us feel welcome. Our one small issue - the room key not working - was swiftly resolved. Beds were extremely comfortable. We decided to stay an extra night and the gentleman at the desk had it sorted within five minutes. Half an hour journey from Schiphol and 2 minutes walking distance from Vijzelgracht metro station with Albert Heijn right across the street and numerous awesome bars, coffeeshops and takeouts nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing. Very close to the big museums (Van Gogh, Ryjksmuseum), metro station (M51: 2 stops to amsterdam centraal -10mins- and very easy to go to the airport too) and restaurants and cafes. The staff was very nice. The reception is open 24/7. The rooms are small but good.

Great choice if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep during your stay in Amsterdam. It's close to the Heineken Experience, metro and bus stations and only a short walk from Museumplein. The hotel asks for a € 50 caution deposit in cash when checking in, so be prepared for this.

The location is the point plus. The staff is also so kind and friendly. The room itself is okay and pretty much comfortable even with no view. I had good rest and enjoy my stay.

The location is the best, right in the heart of Amsterdam. Main attractions are within walking distance.

The room was really nice, the location (15minutes to city centre) is perfect and there is a lot of shops around. Also the interior is really modern.
